Valley inn is a good place to get a good night's sleep and be nice and cool
The manager Larry is great he is working hard on fixing all the studio,1&2 bedroom apartment. We love our studio, nic and quiet here.
The units are clean the manager is very friendly and we're going to use this place for a while while we're here.
It's affordable and a great place to stay (away from people including the other tenants) I would rate it at 10 stars if they opened the pool.
I liked this place. It's not for all, not the TRUMP, LOL, but was cheap, clean, and no incidents. I think you'll you'll be ok there.

Looks can be deceiving. Looks like a rundown motel but is actually newly remodeled apartments 1 and 2 bedroom, tile, cable, and electric included with reasonable rent. Great managers who truly care and do their best to make sure you are happy with rental.
Flew from Minneapolis to Las Vegas, drove up to Mesquite found this old motel, great manager late at night, nice quiet and relaxing rest stop. Place is dated and needs some TLC, but it did the job for me.
